It is an honour to be able to provide the students of Derby with a second chance in education, helping them realise their potential and achieve their academic goals. We are proud to share our most recent Ofsted report in which Derby Pride Academy is described as the pupilsâ “safe place” and praised for its nurturing, positive and respectful environment, which helps pupilsâ behaviour and attendance improve rapidly. Derby Pride Academy has an “exceptional strength” in building pupilsâ character and resilience and that pupilsâ behaviour is transformed because of the effective measures the school takes, according to the inspectors’ newly-published report.
